Prolific producer of publications Ryan Suenaga released the first issue of A2 News & Notes in July 2000. A2N&N was designed to bring general news and information to the Apple II using public at large, rather than focusing on the goings-on of a specific service. Suenaga would later hand the reigns over to Howard Katz, who continued to publish the newsletter until its final issue in December 2006.
I’m not entirely sure the A2N&N newsletters belong in the User Group area of Apple II Scans, except that I don’t know where else to put them and they have a strong association with the GEnieLamp and The Lamp! publications. I’ll leave them here for now, unless someone can think of somewhere more appropriate.
